This year for the 4th we decided to head back to Lincoln. It has been years since we have been back for the 4th, usually we just have a nice quiet evening at home. It was nice for the kids to spend time with their cousins. We got on the road early on July 3rd so we could make it to my sister's 3rd of July party. Her whole neighborhood celebrates. The kids get to parade around the neighborhood collecting candy, and the neighbor down the street has a professional firework display. We all had so much fun!
On the 4th of July we went to my back to my Sister's house to light off more fireworks, then headed over to my Cousin's house. After lighting off even more fireworks, we sat around and played pitch.

On Friday we spend the day in Mahoney and decided to head home Saturday. It was a fun trip but as usual it was nice to be home!
