Night of Memories

Winter had her school program last night.  The kids got to take the parents around the school and show them their artwork before.  I am so proud of Winter and the amazing young lady that she is becoming.  I can't believe that next year I will have a middle schooler.

Last Friday Andrew and I got to go see Garth Brooks perform in Omaha.  He put on a great show and we had so much fun!  While we were at the concert my MIL took the kids to their school carnival.

First weekend in May.

The first weekend in May was super busy!  On Friday morning I left for KC to see Billy Joel with my cousin Michelle.  While I was there Andrew took Weston to his second baseball practice.

We stopped at Ikea first.

 Before the concert we went down to the Power and Light District to have dinner and it was packed.  We got lucky and a couple gave us their table at the bar at our first choice restaurant.  If we wouldn't have gotten that table everyplace was an hour and half wait.

  I hurried back Saturday so I could make it to his first game.

 On Sunday Andrew and I did the Lincoln half marathon.

It was hard but I am so proud of myself for finishing.
